At Gym of Tears, we pour our heart and soul into every stitch, designing gear that's as resilient as you are. We want you to love every item you train in. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If your gear isn't helping you turn sweat into strength, here’s how we can help.

The Gym of Tears Promise: 30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached for a full refund to your original payment method.

What Can Be Returned?

All clothing items (leggings, sports bras, shorts, tops, hoodies) that are in original, sellable condition.

Items must have the original Gym of Tears tags attached. (If item didn't come with tags, ignore)

Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, sweat, pet hair, and any signs of wear or wash.

What Final Reps Are Final? (Non-Returnable Items)

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges for size or color preferences. Our return-for-refund policy applies.

Accessories: For hygiene reasons, items like hats, swimsuits, tops, underwear, water bottles, and towels are final sale.

Sale Items: All items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during a major sale event (e.g., Black Friday) are final sale and cannot be returned.

Gift Cards: Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (you received a faulty or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Email our customer happiness team at gymoftears@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

The reason for the return (this helps us get better!)
Step 2: We will email you authorization and the mailing address to send your return to. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.
Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in the original package, ship it to the address we provide, and keep your tracking number.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Please note: The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the cost of your return shipping will not be reimbursed.

Our Errors: Exchanges for Faulty or Incorrect Items
We strive for perfection, but sometimes errors happen. If you receive a defective item (e.g., a seam coming undone) or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at gymoftears@outlook.com. We will happily arrange an exchange for the correct item and cover all associated shipping costs.
